The customer acknowledges and understands that no warranties or representations have been made to him/her regarding the results he/she will achieve from this Food Membership program. The customer understands that results are individual and may vary from person to person, and it is sometimes necessary to adjust Membership food plan, it is important also that the customer stays in contact with Ideal Diet dietitian regarding his/her progress and any concerns or questions he/she may have in order to proceed with the best action.
In accordance with our refund policy, we apologize for not being able to process refunds, however, if requested, the customer can compensate the amount according to the number of remaining days in the subscriptions by choosing from food and drinks available in the Ideal Diet restaurant & Cafe
We will use or disclose your personal information only for the purposes for which it is collected
We encourage members to consult a dietitian at Tadawi Medical Center, Customer will receive a written report detailing body composition results.
The customer must provide 72 hours’ notice if he / she need to hold the subscription or to do any change in the membership menu.
Ideal Diet undertake to deliver membership boxes to above mentioned location in a daily basis between 7 AM and 2 PM, If the customer was not able to receive the membership box or if he does not respond to driver calls for more than 15 minutes, he / she can collect the box from the Ideal Diet restaurant (Bin Omran) within one day.
